How do reminders work?

Each document can have reminders from 90 days before its expiry date to the day itself. They arrive at 9:00, or at the time you choose in Settings with Renuqo Pro. The free plan includes one reminder per document.

I am not getting reminders

Check that notifications are on for Renuqo in the iPhone Settings app, under Notifications, and that no Focus is silencing them. Opening Renuqo once refreshes all of its reminders.

What does Renuqo Pro include?

Unlimited documents (the free plan holds three), several reminders per document, your own reminder time and default reminders for new documents. Pro comes as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time purchase.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Renuqo, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In Renuqo: Settings › Manage Subscription. Or in the iPhone Settings app: your name › Subscriptions › Renuqo. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

How do I move my documents to a new iPhone?

Renuqo keeps everything on your iPhone. Move it with an iCloud backup or with Quick Start when you set up the new iPhone, and your documents come along.

How do I change the language or the theme?

In Renuqo: Settings › Appearance. Renuqo speaks 13 languages — English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese — and has light and dark themes. The language changes inside the app, with no restart.
