Tintaq

Terms of use

The licence

Buying Tintaq gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on the devices tied to your Apple ID. You may not resell it, rent it out or take it apart.

What you pay for

The free version keeps five clients. Pro removes the limit and unlocks your own templates, the studio logo on the PDF, backup and export. Pro is sold either as a one-time purchase or as a subscription that renews until you turn it off, at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

The consent wording is not legal advice

The bundled templates were written to be clear and complete, not to satisfy any particular jurisdiction. Tattoo and piercing law differs by country, and often by region. You are responsible for the wording you put in front of a client. Read it, change it, and check it with a lawyer where it matters.

Your clients' data is yours

You decide what to collect and how long to keep it. You are the controller of that data and responsible for meeting the rules that apply to you.

Backups

Tintaq stores everything on your device. Making backups is your job, and the app gives you a one-tap way to do it. We cannot recover data from a lost or wiped device.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of defects, and we are not liable for lost data, lost income or any dispute between a studio and its client. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for the app.
