Terms of use
The short version: WageFuse is a calculator for your own records. It is not advice, and it is not a party to your employment.
What WageFuse is
WageFuse applies the pay rules you enter to the shifts you log, and compares the result with the figures you copy from your paystub. Every rule, rate and threshold in the app is one you entered. The app contains no database of employment or labour law and makes no determination about which rules apply to you.
No professional advice
WageFuse does not provide legal, tax, payroll, accounting or employment advice. A difference the app reports is a difference between two sets of figures — nothing more. It may mean a shift was logged incorrectly, a rule needs correcting, the employer's pay period runs to a different calendar, or the paystub is wrong. Take anything you cannot explain to your employer or payroll department, and consult a qualified professional before acting on it.
Accuracy
The calculations are only as accurate as the rules and shifts you enter. Check them before you rely on them. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and its author is not liable for any loss arising from its use or from any figure it produces.
Purchases
WageFuse Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase tied to your Apple Account, not a subscription, and it does not renew. It can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Payment, refunds and billing are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store; a refund request goes to Apple, not to us.
Your data
Your records are stored on your device and are yours. There is no server copy, which also means there is nothing to recover if the device is lost — export a backup from Settings.
